Federer defeated Nadal crowned Australian Open
Swiss Roger Federer won the Australian Open, beating arch-rivals Rafael Nadal in three sets to two Sunday January 29.
Federer ended the meeting in his favor by 6-4, 3-6, 6-1, 3-6, 6-3 in three hours and 38 minutes.
