The two projects, "Keystone XL", which aims to transport oil from Canada's Alberta, western Canada, to US refineries in the Gulf of Mexico. It is supposed to be extended to a distance of 1900 km, including 1400 in the American territory.
And another company "Energy Transfr Partners", to extend the oil pipeline in the state of North Dakota, United States.
Trump signed Tuesday January 24, five decisions, including speeding up the two projects, speed up the environmental review and approval of the infrastructure priority projects, and an executive order to simplify the granting of official approvals and reduce the regulatory burden on domestic manufacturers procedures.
It comes Trump decisions in the framework of a series of measures he had promised to implement during the campaign, including the withdrawal of the free trade agreement across the Pacific "TTP", announced earlier this week.
The former US President, Barack Obama, was rejected in November 2015 pipeline project "Keystone XL", as part of a strategy to strengthen efforts to combat environmental climate change, as it had hoped to reach an international agreement imposes on each country the reduction of carbon dioxide emissions and put an end to global warming.
By then, Obama's decision angered a large number of Republicans in the United States, who were strong supporters of the project for several years, but the "Keystone XL" project will see the light in the era of Trump Management.
